Are you interested in a friends and family campout with other Mensa families? The weekend will include camping, fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, campfires, and friends! This event is hosted by San Francisco Regional Mensa (SFRM) GY parent volunteer, Tina To.
Tina will be organizing casual, family-friendly and we’re also thinking of doing a group s’mores night – families can chip in for supplies to keep things simple and fun. This is an informal event (no registration fees or formal schedule), just a chance to relax outdoors and connect with other Mensa families. We’re also inviting families from other regions to join in!

Please note that
- This is NOT a Gifted Youth Program event so parents and guardians are responsible for their children.
- This event is NOT subsidized by San Francisco Regional Mensa.
- Everyone is responsible for their own food, tent/camping gear, water safety gear, and transportation to, from, and at the event.
Estimated Cost
- RV or a separate tent campsite from the group, rates start at $36 per night plus $10 vehicle. Reservations and fees paid separately and directly to the park.
- Day visitors: price starts at $10 per car paid upon park entry.
